Dotool Airless Paint Sprayer

Hey, I'm Katie with WTI. If you have a big painting project ahead of you, do yourself a favor and check out one of these airless paint sprayers by Dotool. We were able to get our basement painted with this sprayer in about four hours total. The first coat did take around three hours, but I feel like half of that time was just us putting up plastic and moving around the drop cloth. It was very easy to use. The instructions were really clear and the entire time he was using it, my husband just kept commenting on how awesome this thing is and how grateful he was to have it. We went through seven gallons of paint with this thing and it held up to the challenge. We had two small issues while using it. One was that the sprayer got clogged, but there is a cleaning setting. So we turned it to that and then it was working again. And then when we used it for our second coat, we did not have one of the bolts tightened enough. And so we had a little bit of a leak where paint went everywhere, but that was our own fault. It was very easy to clean the paint out of. I also like that it has a little mesh basket. That way, if anything falls into the paint, it's not going to actually go into the paint that sprays onto the wall. Some other features that I was impressed with, the length of the hose. We were able to keep it plugged in in one spot and run the hose throughout the basement and also how quiet it was. This is our first time using a commercial sprayer, but it's definitely not going to be our last. And that's my point of view.
