DocSafe File Box with Lock

Hey here at WTI. Now if you are struggling to keep your files organized, all your paperwork like me, then this is your solution. This is the DocSafe file storage and it does just that. It keeps your documents safe. Not only will this organize your life, but it has a bunch of safety features. It has the lock on it, which is TSA approved. So you know that even if you're traveling with this, all of your documents are going to stay safe inside. It is fireproof, which is incredible. So if ever something tragic were to happen, you can keep your paperwork safe in here. It's also water resistant and dustproof. Now let's look inside because this baby is packed with organization. So there is a top zippered part. I like to keep my passports in this area. Any loose paperwork or documents that I haven't filed away yet can go in here. We have our checkbooks and birth certificates. All of those things that tend to go missing, at least in my house. So having them in one spot is super helpful. And then of course you have the main compartment. If you have a file organizer, you can put that in here. You can do a regular paper size or the legal size. So depending which direction you go in, you have that flexibility. On the outside, even more pockets. The lock is pretty easy to set up and of course they have videos on their page. So I have no issue with that either. It's a nice material. It's wipeable, easy to keep clean if ever something were to spill on it. And it has wheels. Wheels that turn 360 degrees. So if you do need to take this anywhere, if you need to move it throughout your office or if you need to travel, it glides beautifully. So really easy to bring from one place to the next. It's not very tall, so it fits nicely under my desk. It doesn't take up a whole lot of room, but it keeps everything off my desk and in a safe spot. So if you're looking to not only organize, but keep all of your documents safe, I cannot recommend this form of storage enough from DocsAce. I think it's incredible with all of the different storage areas, but then the fact that it's fireproof and water-resistant just tops it off. So I highly recommend it and that's my point of view.
