Hello, my name is Nina with WTI and this is my night guard. If you grind your teeth, you know what this is for. So this one is one that you form yourself at home. You just put it in the microwave, bring it out at the right time, bite, make the indent and then that's it. This one comes with a case which is nice especially if you travel or something. And this one is also special because a lot of them go all the way around including your front teeth but you don't really grind your front teeth. You just need a little separation to stop grinding. So once you put it in you can still drink water. So I'll show you. So pretty much invisible. I mean I'm always drinking a cup of water before I go to bed. So if I go get a cup of water, I mean I don't have to take it out. It's in and it's very comfortable. So I love it and that's my point of view.
