DASH Everyday Electric Griddles

Hey, I'm JT with WTI and I'm going to tell you what's cooking with this DASH everyday griddle. This 20 by 10 and a half inch electric griddle was just what my wife and I were looking for to fill in the heat in our kitchen. The large nonstick surface is great. Whether you're cooking up some pancakes or frying eggs for the whole family or just getting some fresh ingredients ready for delicious fajitas. We found the temperature which ranges from 200 to 400 degrees was very even across the large surface making for even cooking, which is especially important when cooking meat to a safe temperature. It kept the meat moist and it gave tasty caramelized edges to the vegetables. Cleanup was very easy. After scraping the excess oils into the drip tray and letting the surface cool down, a soft sponge was all that was needed to get the surface clean again. Because it's nonstick, be sure not to use any abrasive materials to clean with as well as not using any metal utensils while cooking. Silicone tools excel at this purpose. The drip tray was also easy to remove, clean, dry and return for the next meal. So whether you have a large family to feed or you just enjoy cooking for your guests, this DASH everyday griddle is an excellent addition to any kitchen, but that's just my point of view.
