So what's really nice about these knives is the balance, the handle to blade ratio. Also, just the holder itself, which is very artistic. It's very easy to put together, very intuitive. It really is a nice way to display your knives in the kitchen other than just a boring kind of block with holes cut out. What's nice about them too is it has a subtle Damascus design. It was nice that it was shipped with sleeves so that it protected the blade. Not just the Damascus design, but the edge, the most important part of the knife itself. Super, super sharp edge cut right through a tomato, made easy work of an onion, made easy work of just anything that you put in front of it. They're also designed differently and it kind of gives you a guide and the instructions on which knives to use for what particular thing. And one of the other things that I like about some of the designs of the knives is the tips are very robust. They're small enough to get in there and do what you have to do, but also they're robust enough where you don't have to worry about breaking tips off that they're so fragile and thin. And again, your knife selection is going to be a big part of that. The wood is beautiful, it's very comfortable, and although it might look slick, it has a nice grip to it. It's smooth, but it has a nice grip to it so you aren't going to lose control of this knife. They're beautiful.
