CubicFun 3D Puzzles for Adults

Hey, it's Kate with WTI and if you're looking for an afternoon of fun, you have to check out these 3D puzzles from CubicFun. This particular one is Queen Anne's Revenge. It is one of the most notorious pirate ships in history. This comes with a whole bunch of sheets of foam board, which I know what you're thinking. It sounds flimsy. But let me tell you when it comes together, it is incredibly solid. It comes with an instruction manual. It opens with a little bit of a history of this pirate ship, which is really cool. But then you just follow through step by step and begin assembling. There is no glue. There's no tape. It literally just fits together nice and snug to make one solid model in the end. The details are insane. So if you look closely, you can see things like the little bell or the stairs, the lights. You can see inside the windows. It's insane how much detail they packed in such a small model. Now, when I say small, that's relative because this thing is actually really large. It's over two feet wide and over two feet tall. So it's a really nice, large scale model. It also comes with LED lights, which you wire in. All you need is batteries and then you can turn it on and off. It gives a really cool effect in the dark. To put it together, you just punch out all the pieces. It comes with this little cardboard tool here, which really helps the process move along. And then everything just notches together. There may be the odd piece that's a little more delicate. So sometimes you'll have to be a little more careful. But once it's all together, it's not budging. My son is 15. He put this together on his own and it took him about five hours, something like that. So it's a really fun project to get done in a long afternoon or over a few days. Overall, the quality exceeded my expectations. The final product is better than we imagined and it really came together super well. I think that any of their models will be fantastic. This one, obviously we recommend, but I think they have a massive lineup. So anything that is interesting to you, I'm sure you'll find it with them. And that's my point of view.
