It's excellent for me to use on my back or I can even use it on my knees, which I do often after a workout. And the ice pack, I just keep it in the freezer so it's ready to use when I need it. And I love that the cover is separate and washable and the Velcro straps are excellent to be able to hold it in place. So it stays where I put it.
