Cru Ovens Wood-Fired Pizza Ovens

Hey guys, it's Alicia with WTI. Doesn't pizza just bring people together? This Model 30 wood-fired oven from Cru Ovens is an amazing game changer for your homemade pizza. It's made from a high quality heavy duty stainless steel that is really going to last a lifetime. It's really well built and it's also just a very cool looking sleek modern design and it comes with everything that you need to get started. So to start cooking, all you need to do is build a fire. So you can use charcoal or any natural hardwood and Cru also sells some mini-split white oak logs that are the perfect size and add an awesome flavor to your food. So that's what I've been using so far and I absolutely love it. This oven heats up so fast. It can get up to 900 degrees in about 15 minutes. It can accommodate a 12 inch pizza and I also love that it has this nice wide opening. So it's really easy to get like a cast iron in and out if you're cooking things other than pizza. It's also really nice that it's not huge. So it actually is portable and you could take this tailgating or to a friend's house or a barbecue. So it's a really versatile product. As far as cooking, it is super fast. Pizzas just take a couple of minutes and you get that really nice bubbly char effect that is so tasty and you can only get from a wood-fired oven. Even though there's a slight learning curve when cooking with fire, even our pizzas that were a little extra charred were still super tasty. You're definitely not limited to just pizza. This is an awesome oven for making chicken wings, steaks, veggies. You can cook bread in here. So if you've been thinking about getting a pizza oven, I cannot recommend this one enough. I love that it's wood-fired and not propane. So you get that added amazing smoky flavor. It's an exceptionally high quality product that I really know is going to last for years to come and bring lots and lots of tasty meals along with it. So get your friends and family together and make some delicious pizza in this Crew Model 30 oven. You will not regret it and that's my point of view.
