Craft Wok Traditional Woks

Hi there, Elaine here with WTI. I have found a beautiful new tool for my kitchen. This 14-inch hammered steel craft wok is beautiful. You can really see the undeniable craftsmanship in this wok. It's almost five pounds of hammered steel. Feels amazing in your hands when you're cooking. I feel like a chef when I'm using this. Of course you need to wash your wok before you start the seasoning process. It was a pretty simple process and I love seeing the steel turn that golden brownish blue color. I enjoyed layering the oil on and seasoning my craft wok. I was able to try a new recipe for gem chai. I love that when cooking the gem chai my glass noodles did not burn even with the high heat that I used. And when I need some stir fry this craft wok is ready for me to use. I feel this craft wok is top-notch. It will keep you cooking your favorite recipes for many many years to come. So folks enjoy your craft wok.
