Hi there, I'm Kristi with WTI. For years I've suffered from bad posture, muscle tension in my neck resulting in headaches. Well, I just found this next gesture from Cozyhealth and you guys, I absolutely love this thing. What's awesome is that this ergonomic design is made to match the natural alignment in your spine. So you're giving your muscles a good stretch and you're helping your spine and neck align all at the same time. Plus, it comes equipped with this little heating pad, which I think is absolutely glorious. It's got three settings, high, medium, and low, but you do have the option to remove it if you don't want the heat. I, however, love having the heat. It helps my muscles relax and to me just enhances the overall stretch that I get from this. But I've seen great results with this just in the little time that I've used it. The other day I actually woke up with a very stiff neck that kind of ran down to my back and I used this for 10 minutes and after the 10 minutes I felt relief, which is amazing. So if you two suffer from stiffness in your neck, maybe poor posture, I think this is a great tool to have to help you relieve some of that tension and I personally just absolutely love it. And that's my favorite and that's my point of view.
