Single Origin Costa Rican Ground Coffee

Hey guys, it's Alisha with WTI. If you are like me and your day cannot start without coffee, you're gonna love this delicious coffee from the Coachere Coffee Company. This coffee is really special because it is roasted to orders. So you are getting the ultimate in freshness in your coffee beans. So I have tried the Costa Rican Aloe Wela and this is in a medium grind for a drip coffee. I've been using it with a pour over and it is so delicious. Before you even brew your coffee, you are hit with an incredible aroma. Let me tell you this coffee smells amazing. You can really smell the freshness and it really gets you excited about the cup of coffee you're about to have. So I like to keep my coffee in an airtight canister, but this actually has a very good seal as well. I love that this is farm direct, single origin, organic coffee. So you can feel really good about the cup of coffee that you are drinking, not only the quality and the flavor, but also the fact that it is fair trade. It has such a nice smooth flavor. I like to drink it black. You can really taste all of the different notes. It has a nice earthiness to it. It's not bitter and I like that it has the perfect level of acidity to really balance it out. The tasting notes are apple and honey. And I find that it does have a little bit of sweetness to it, but it's just absolutely delicious. A really nice balanced medium roast.
