They are wool lined so they're amazing for winter. We have extremely cold weather here and I wear these every single day, both casual and dressed up. I own both a brown pair and a black pair so it's all I've worn for two full winters. It keeps my feet really warm and dry which is important. I love that it has a good grip on the bottom so I'm not slipping and sliding on ice or snow. They're really easy to pull on and they have a nice tab at the back so that helps too. I find them completely true to size. I also like that the insole can come out so you don't have to have that wool lining. You can replace it with a regular insole so you have full year-round wear. These are extremely high quality. You get the leather exterior and then that wool lining. Everything you could ask for in a boot, it's so versatile.
