Our Point of View on Clabber Girl Corn Starch From Amazon

I'm Ty with WTI and this is the Clabber Girl Cornstarch. It comes in this 6.5 ounce canister with a resealable top so as to retain its freshness. But what I love about this cornstarch is that it is non-GMO and it's gluten free. So if you have anybody in your home with a gluten sensitivity, I think this would be a really good cornstarch to use. Today I am making soup. So what I typically do is take a 1 fourth cup of water and three tablespoons of cornstarch and let me show you the consistency here. Just level it off real quick. So it's just a white powder and I add it to the water and I love that this cornstarch dissolves really easily. So I just mix it until this first half a tablespoon is dissolved and then I go in for more. And then I just add it to my soup. So it's really easy to use and dissolves really easily and it doesn't detract from the taste of your food. So I love using this cornstarch and that's my point of view.
