Hey guys, it's Cheryl from WTI and I am not a morning person. And so I decided I was going to try light therapy. I have the Circadian Optic light therapy lamp and I've been using it in the mornings and I have really noticed a difference. I tend to have everything in my room dark because I think I sleep better. But I was noticing that I was waking up and I was groggy. I wasn't in a good mood and I always had like issues during the day where I just didn't feel like myself. And since I've been using this, I have really noticed a difference in how I feel. I turn it on in the morning when I wake up for about 10 or 15 minutes. There's an on off switch right in the back. You don't want to look directly at it. You just gently press that. See that's the highest setting and then you gently do it again three times and it goes from medium to light. You don't ever want to look directly into it, but put it on the side. Let it just wake you up naturally and it is a great device. It is mimics the light outside. So that's what your body needs to regulate everything, your hormones and everything else that goes on your body. But you don't get the harmful UV rays from the direct sun. And I really, I use it in the morning and I can honestly say that I wake up more energized. I'm not a sluggish through the day and my mood seems to be pretty leveled out when I wake up in the morning. Don't get me wrong. I still wake up comfy sometimes, but this has really improved my mood overall. If you were in the need, especially in the winter months, but the days are a lot shorter. Sometimes we need a little extra boost of our energy. I highly recommend the circadian optic lamp. It has done wonders for me and I know it will for you. However, that is my point of view.
