Hey everybody, it's Davita with WTI and I am so excited to talk to you about this light therapy lamp by Circadian Optics. This light therapy lamp has really helped me to feel so much more awake in the mornings. I wake up before the sun comes out and start working and I'm always so tired. So what I like to do is I like to turn this lamp on. It has three settings. The brightest, less bright and least bright. You can also move this lamp just like so. Look at this. To however and whatever direction you want. I leave it on for about 15 minutes to 60 minutes every single morning while I'm working in my office and I find that it really helps to wake me up. Light is so important and so essential. You'd be surprised how much not having enough light can really affect our body. Maybe you felt depressed or sad or your sleep has been off. You haven't been able to wake up focused or you're just you're not in a good mood right. That can happen when we don't get enough light. So using a light therapy lamp can be super beneficial if you live in a climate where it's overcast, raining a lot. Perhaps you live in a place where the winters are very difficult or if you work inside all day. More than ever people have been inside their homes and not getting enough sunlight. So I cannot recommend enough using a light therapy lamp. I absolutely love this light therapy lamp. I am going to continue to use it and recommend it to my friends but that's just my point of view.
