We're parents. So we like to take this before a workout to just give us that little extra boost to get through it. And now we try to be really careful with this. We don't want to like overdo it. This is the scoop and we like to just take like a quarter of it instead of the full scoop that's recommended. And that is plenty to work for us. So we take a quarter of it and as you can see it dissolves really well in just water and you can just shoot it really quickly. And actually, even if you don't, if you just sip it, it tastes pretty good. It's pretty sweet, but it's not going to like make you feel sick or anything. It's pretty good. This Icy Blue Razz Taste, we really like this one. So that's the one that we choose to use most often. So we really like it.
