Bread Proofing Basket Sets

Hey guys, it's Alicia with WTI and I am on a mission to learn how to make bread. So I want to show you this bread proofing basket set from Yani that is helping me to do that. So this is a set of two banaton baskets. They are made of a premium quality rattan and you get two different shapes, the round and the oval shape. So they are definitely high quality. They're very well made. They have a very smooth design to them. And they just do a really good job of shaping your dough while it's proofing. So I have really liked using them so far. It also comes with the liners for the baskets. So if you prefer to not have that spiral design, then you can put the liners in. It also comes with two different dough scrapers. There is a metal one and there is a flexible plastic one. And this is awesome for getting your sticky bread dough out of the bowl and turning it out onto your work surface. So I really, really like this one. It also comes with the bread scoring lame and extra blades. And it even comes with the Danish dough whisk, which is an amazing tool. This thing is awesome. I have definitely found this set to be very good quality and very helpful. I think all of the tools are really well made and definitely going to help me on my bread journey. So I have definitely enjoyed baking with this set so far. And I hope that I can continue to improve in my bread making and make lots and lots of delicious loaves in these baskets from Yanni. And that is my point of view.
