Hey it's Gina with WTI. My favorite thing about these BOXERPOINT reflex balls are how much they are improving my hand-eye coordination and how much fun they are to use. I really had no idea how much I would really enjoy it. I love that I can just really focus in and kind of forget about everything that's happening around me when I'm using these reflex balls. I've seen that I've actually made really good improvement by using them four to five minutes a day. I've seen that I've been able to improve how many times I can hit the ball. I've found that keeping my head up, my posture good, and being ready to move my feet around wherever the ball may go has been really helpful in order to keep up my coordination and get better. My friend's son is really athletic and he really enjoyed using these. He thinks that it is helping to improve his coordination. The set comes with hand wraps which you can definitely use but I found that I prefer just to use it very fistic. I've just been using the red ball for beginners but I'm hoping to be able to advance the on that soon. If you've been wondering if you would benefit from using these balls I gotta say you definitely will and that's my point of view.
