Hi, I'm Kayla with WTI. This fitness hula hoop is adjustable so it's awesome for the little ones who need a little smaller hoop. This size that I have here is adjusted down. Full size with this insert here, this hula hoop is 26.5 inches in diameter. Now I have a little guy who's 4 so we have adjusted it so that it's a little bit smaller and a little bit more manageable for him. He uses this fitness hoop for an exercise class that he does over zoom. So how does he use it? Well, one, he does try to use it as a hula hoop, shaking his hips, making it spin around. But other ways that he uses it is with his arm. So he might have an exercise that lifts it up and down or pushes it forward. He also can put it on the floor and step in and out of the hula hoop. It helps to give him guidance which is really nice. Another cool feature about this fitness hoop is not only that it's adjustable, but you can also add weight. The tubes here are hollow so if you wanted to add sand or rice to make it weighted, you could do that too. This one is in red and black. As you can see, my little one's favorite color is red so we made sure to get them red, but it does come in other colors too.
