Our Point of View on Bob's Red Mill Pastry Flour

Hey, I'm Sarah with WTI and I'm standing here in my kitchen holding a bag of my favorite whole wheat pastry flour, which is Bob's Red Mill 100% stone ground pastry flour. This is a fabulous flour for all of your baking needs, whether you want to make muffins or cookies or even a pie crust. This is a great flour to use. I've even used it in donuts. And even though it's whole wheat, because it's 100% stone ground, it has this lovely light texture and consistency that comes across really well in baked goods. So here isn't a close picture of the flour, so you can see how finely ground it is. Another thing I love about the product is right on the back. It has several recipes for you to try. So if you're like me and you bake all the time, sometimes you kind of get stuck in a rut. So this is a really great idea because it gives you different recipes for things that maybe you've never tried before. So it kind of opens up your baking world, which I really appreciate. So again, Bob's Red Mill 100% stone ground pastry flour. And that's my point of view.
