The fish sauce is a salty, savory flavor and you can put it in a lot of different Asian dishes. I like to put it in pads high if I'm making a Thai curry. It has an excellent flavor. You don't need too much and so this 150ml bottle will take me a long way. I like this brand because it doesn't have GMO. It's not GMO and it's very simple. There's only four ingredients. It's water, anchovy, sugar and salt. Simple so I know I'm not getting a bunch of extra chemicals. I like the dispenser. It just has a tiny hole instead of the entire opening because a lot of times I'm just using a few spoons in my recipes. You can see here it just shakes out nice and evenly. Not too much at a time. I can really control how much I'm getting. I like that this comes in a glass bottle. This is a really great product. This is the Blue Dragon fish sauce. I like that it comes in a glass bottle. I love the flavor of it. I also like that it's non-GMO and doesn't have any extra ingredients. Only four flavors. They're very simple. I think I like this product too. That's my point of view.
