I play tennis a lot and I've gotten tennis elbow before and I've used it for that. I also go running and have used it on my achy feet or knees. I think you are also able to use it if you just have any body pains. You can put this on it. If you open it, you'll see that it's just a white cream like this which is kind of thin. You just apply it to the area and you just rub it in and it absorbs quickly. It's not greasy and it's effective. And that's my point of view.
