You place them back on the plastic and they're ready to go for the next time. So then you just switch it on. Another thing I really like about this is you can see how many settings it has there. It has six different settings that you can choose from. They're really easy. You can just go through them and decide which one you want. And then even in these six settings, there's other settings to get the perfect comfort for what you need. So I really enjoy this. It comes with a little case. It comes with everything that you could possibly need, the charging unit and also just a little stand for it to sit on. So that's nice. So I really enjoy this. I don't know what I would do without it. Honestly, with the lower back pain that I have, it has really brought me a lot of relief. So I really enjoy it. I think you will too. And that's just my point of view.
