You just don't have the gluten so you get all the goodness, all the delicious taste but it's all gluten-free. So it tastes delicious. I tend to cook it on a little bit on the hard side just to make sure that it's a little bit chewy because gluten-free noodles tend to go a bit soft on you very quickly. So it has a little bit more al dente but that is delicious and you even get the lovely cheesiness that comes in other macaroni and cheese that some brand other brands don't have. So you still get that chunky goodness from the powder cheese that you put in. So I just mixed it with a little bit of milk and a little bit of butter and it is phenomenal. So I love this stuff so much and that is my point of view.
