American Interlocking Floor Mats

I'm Stacy with WTI. You may have seen these floor mats in your local gym but have you ever considered that they might be really practical for home use? These mats are by AMERICAN FLOOR MATS and I really love the stability that they've provided for me for my home workouts. Each of the tiles is a heavy-duty rubber material that is 3 8 inches thick. I went for the 6x6 assorted size and this is the red with the black flex in each of the tiles. The tiles are 24 by 24 inches each so once you place them together you have a perfect array that gives you a great amount of floor space for home workouts. And unfortunately because we already invested in the carpet we didn't want to change the room around. So rather I put these hard tiles right on top. Rather than being a foam squishy material these are hard condensed rubber that really provides a lot of stability and floor traction for doing all of my home workouts. I really like that the pieces interlock perfectly together. You can tell that these are really well made and they stay locked while you're exercising. They don't move around on the carpet at all and I would guarantee that if you had these on floor they would do just as good a job. It's so great to be able to step on these whether it's with bare feet or with your athletic shoes on because it really provides an awesome amount of stability and really great flooring for your home workouts. You really feel like you can balance well, you can do lunges and again because they don't move around they work really really well from when I'm doing my home workouts. If you're looking to really amp up your dedicated home fitness space these floor mats really will do everything that you need them to and you'll feel like a pro at home when it comes to your home workouts and that's my point of view.
