Our Point of View on Gourmet Easy Professional Knife From Amazon

Hey guys, it's Gracie with WTI. Did you guys know that you can save hours of prep time in the kitchen every week just by changing to a good knife? That's why I got rid of all my dull knives and I'm only replacing them with good sharp knives like this one from Gourmet Easy. This is their professional chef's knife and it's made out of premium stainless steel so you know it's not going to rust or tarnish on you. First off, can we just talk about the color? So this knife is in the rose gold color and I think they have one in a stainless steel as well but I love rose gold everything. If you can call a knife pretty, I would call this super pretty just because of the color. All right, more important than the color of the knife, let's talk about the blade itself. So I've already said it's made out of premium stainless steel but a couple of the features about this blade, one is the emboss line right here and then the little holes. These special touches to this knife is what makes this knife non-stick and allows for easy separation. So you know when you're slicing onions, they always tend to stick to the knife so you always have to use your finger to separate after each slice. With this knife, you don't have to do that anymore. The knife does all the work. I love the handle as well. It's made out of a material called polypropylene so basically it just feels like a very, very smooth rubber or silicone material. And it's also got these indentations on both sides of the handle to give you a good nice grip when you're actually using the knife. The knife itself is very lightweight. It's got a nice pointy edge and not only is this knife super sharp but look at how thin it is and now that is impressive. This has been my go-to knife for everything in the kitchen whether I'm chopping nuts, cutting up meat, onions, fruits, vegetables, whatever it may be, this knife does the job perfectly so I would strongly suggest you guys give it a shot and that's my point of view.
