I love this cookbook. One of the things that I really love about this cookbook is that it is so compact. It's not a lot of pages. You see it's very thin. Within the 142 pages in this book, you're going to find recipes that are simple and to the point. It has a table of contents to tell you where to go if you're looking to do breakfast, lunch, desserts, drinks. One of my favorite easy to do quick recipes is the lemon fried avocados. They taste so good and I have some here. This is lemon fried avocado. They're crunchy. They're tasty. They're so good. I love them. I can eat them all day. Now, one thing that I do love about this book is everything is so brilliantly done. The pictures are so pretty that when you're done with your meal, you want your meal to look just like the picture because it's so appetizing. Everything is in bold letters, in simple directions. This is a great cookbook. I love it. I highly recommend it and that is just my point of view.
