Our Point of View on K45DH C Dough Hook Attachment From Amazon

Hey guys, it's Sinead from WTI. Something I've been doing a lot of lately is experimenting with baking different types of bread. Something I've really come to love using is this kneading attachment. It attaches to your KitchenAid stand mixer and it just makes the whole step of kneading your dough so much easier. I actually don't mind kneading dough by hand, but I find that this really comes in handy when you're working with a thicker dough and your hands tend to tire out really quickly. Why not let this thing do the work for you? It's also nice to just have your hands free if you've got a lot going on in the kitchen at once and you also don't have to worry about washing the dough off your hands. I find that the C shape is really effective at kneading the dough thoroughly. So I never have to knead it by hand afterwards and it's made from a heavy duty aluminum so it's really sturdy and durable. It's anti-stick so you don't have to struggle to sort of peel the dough off after you're done. It just slides off no problem and it's very easy to wash, dishwasher safe and so this is a fantastic tool to have in your kitchen especially if you're a baker and you do bake a lot of breads. Once you use this you're not going to want to need anything with your hands again and that is my point of view.
