Transcript
Hi, I'm Nicole with WTI, and I'm here to introduce you to Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. I highly recommend this book. It is fast-paced, exciting, extremely well-written, and it is a fantastic addition to The Hunger Games trilogy. In my opinion, it's actually just as good as the first book. So, when we start off in this book, we've just left Katniss and PETA. They've survived the first arena, but surprise! There's a second one! Isn't that exciting? So, they get to go into this death-filled arena with acid mist fog, and old people, and creepy birds that can mimic the screams of your loved ones. So, we get to see how Katniss and co. fares in this new arena setting. Also, this book introduces the fan favorite character, Finnick O'Dare, who is this really hot guy with a dark, tragic past, and he likes to fight people with a trident. So, he is pretty cool. You will read this book in one setting just like I did. I don't think you'll be able to put it down, and that's my point of view.
