Transcript
Hi, Stacy with WTI here and I wanted to share some feedback as a person that is regular with exercise and also works out with others. I really love this book by Joan Percano and it's strength training for women. What I really love about the book is it has beautiful illustrations of each positioning of moves throughout. It talks to you about what muscles will be worked and all of these are specifically designed for women. What I also really like is for each section it will have the whole program at a glance. So it walks you through each move. You don't have to come up with a program for yourself. You just have this ready. What would be really cool is you could also use this when you go to the gym if you're a gym person because it has pictures and illustrations for gym equipment so that you do them properly. So I really really love this book. Great publication. It walks you through using a stability ball as well so you don't need a separate book for that. And I know a lot of women have one. Really don't know some movements they could do. So just really really nice book. Highly recommended as a fitness person. And that's my point of view.
