It has a really deep pocket for your water bottle here. Several other pockets with zippers, straps to hold whatever you would need while you're on the go. It has an adjustable velcro strap. That fits most sizes. I'm a size 8 and you can even cut the strap if you think it's too long and it's annoying you. I really like to keep it on my back like this because I find that's the most comfortable while I'm running. But it's really comfortable any way you use it because it's the best belt ever. So I highly recommend this. That's my point of view.
