It says it lasts up to 12 hours and that's one of the best things about this spray is that I don't have to continually spray my nose whenever I'm congested or have allergies. This actually comes in a two pack of half an ounce. You'll get two of these and then one of my favorite things about this also is that when you spray it up your nose it doesn't drip to the back of your throat. The way that you open it, because I know it looks kind of like how do you use this, but you just squeeze the sides and twist and then you spray it that way. This is one of my go-to nasal sprays and that's my point of view.
