Our Point of View on the 321 STRONG Foam Roller

Hey guys, this is Mateo with WTI and I'm here to tell you about the 321 foam roller. I use it all the time because I work out a lot and I get sore all the time. I get cramps from working out, from playing basketball. And this guy is great because he really stretches the muscles very well and he helps me reduce the pain. It helps reduce the swelling and the recovery time. The quality of the foam is excellent. Even if you use it every day, the foam doesn't wear out. And it's not too rigid. Actually, if you can see here, it gives a little bit. So it's not too hard on your back or whatever part of your body you're using this on. So if you're looking for a very good quality foam roller for your muscles, for your back, I really recommend this one. And that is my point of view.
