How do I purchase content credits?
First, LOGIN to your WTI member dashboard and select Purchase Credits from the sidebar menu.
Next, select the number of credits you would like to purchase and click Add to cart. Note: Credits are available at a discounted rate depending on the subscription selected.
Then, click CART on the top right corner. This will open a preview of what you have added to your cart. You have the option to adjust the quantity using - or +.
Once you have reviewed and are ready to purchase, select either Stripe or PayPal as your payment option, then click Checkout and proceed to enter your payment information.
The content credits will be immediately added to your account as soon as your payment method has processed. You can view your available credits by selecting Manage Jobs on the left sidebar menu, then clicking the blue Content Credits button on the top right.
This will open a summary where you can view the credits you have available (whether included in your subscription or available a la carte) as well as a list of the credits you have used.
*Only clients with an active subscription will have usage rights to the content created when purchasing video content using credits. If you do not have a subscription, you may still purchase content with credits, but you will not have usage rights.
