Hey guys, this is Danielle with WTI and I'm here to show you these ankle weights. So I'm going to show you how I use these. So the story behind these is I purchased these when I was a new mom and I was breastfeeding constantly. I would sit there for so long and it would drive me crazy that I was not being productive. So I purchased these and I was happy that I have because I still have these years later and I use them all the time. Not just for my ankles, but what you're supposed to do is you put them on the ankle and when I was breastfeeding, I would just lift, lift, lift. Anyway, you don't have to use these for your ankles. What I actually use them for now because I don't sit still anymore, I use these when I work out. So if I have a Pilates class or something that asks for a lightweight, I do have lightweight, but sometimes I like to just grab the weight. So I will use them in my hands too. I don't even tighten them around. I mean, I guess you could do that, but I kind of just use a terrible form right now, but it kind of just use them to lift. Just adding a little extra something to whatever workout you do. I just like the versatility of it. You can bend it. I don't know. Sometimes you just get tired of holding those little weights in your hands. So this is fun. It's just a change. When you're working out, you got to spice things up and this is just a great option. If you are really that motivated, you can wrap around your ankles and walk around them all day. I mean, why not? Why not add that extra to your day so you can get a good workout in. Anyway, I highly recommend these and that is my point of view.
